Setting the record straight.

I can remember the 1960's when a REAL M-80 or Cherry Bomb was the envy of every slingshot toting, freckle faced kid. Even then they were Illegal! Post World War One these dangerous delights were available in the local hardware store. They were called salutes! They came in every size and color. They were high explosives! The M-80's sold today in consumer fireworks stores are not your Grandpa's M-80's! Yours go pop! His went BOOM! His could maim and kill!
Do NOT purchase home made or black market salutes! They are illegal and dangerous! The manufacture of this little firecracker without the proper license from the BATF will send you to a Federal Prison! So will its possession!
